I went to the Cosmetic Clinic for laser hair removal and they told me I had hyperpigmentation (I didn’t but at the time I thought they knew what they were doing) so I bought the 12 pack of chemical peel and microdermabrasion sessions that they said would help fix it. They burned my face so bad I had told her to stop and they let me walk out of there without a word, didn’t even mention the burn. There was literally plasma coming out all over my face. I struggled with scars for months and still can’t fix my skin barrier.
RESPONSE EDIT: No this was the location that gave me chemical burns. It was your staff member Caroline. I still have all the receipts for the packages I paid for saying it was this location.

Had really bad issues with other clinic and I’m glad I found the right person in middle mayuri she guided me in right way and now I just love seeing myself in mirror. All because of her my acne’s are totally gone and scars almost going every time I visit her I feel wonderful the service is best and the knowledge she shares is amazing. I recently had a clear and bright peel and laser at st Luke’s laser clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff there are the most warm and welcoming people who make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive until the very end of your treatment. They’re extremely professional and pleasant.
The laser itself was smooth and fairly quickly, I did the Hollywood Brazilian and underarms which took about 5 mins, pain is very tolerable and staff make you feel very comfortable during the whole process. My other treatment I got was the clear and bright peel, she took the time to address all my concerns and aftercare instructions while doing the peel, it was very nice and I felt really refreshed and hydrated afterwards. I highly recommend services here

I have been a customer of this clinic for years and the service was amazing with friendly staff and services. HOWERVER, today I encountered the worst staff in all this years.
She was rude and disrespectful.When I asked her name she told me Charlene (which I’m not even sure if it’s true but she has ginger hair and eyelashes).
To be honest, if you are having a bad day just don’t go to work or at least learn customer service skills.
Always recommend this clinic to friends and relatives but don’t feel like it anymore. Felt ashamed and insulted by this person who was disrespectful even in front of other patients that where sitting in the reception.
Hope the manager in the future hires better staff for the other clients.
I’ll never return to this place again and I’ll not recommend it either.

I recently had Botox for my forehead at Newmarket clinic. After the initial treatment, I was not satisfied with the results as it didn’t achieve the smooth and firm look I was hoping for. I returned for a follow-up appointment, where they used Dysport instead of Botox, but again, the results didn’t meet my expectations. While the lines on my forehead were slightly reduced, the results were not as expected and did not fully eliminate the wrinkles.
I went to them in person and also emailed multiple times, requesting a refund for the $375 I paid. I explained that I was unhappy with the results and no longer wanted to continue with further treatments. However, they only refunded a small portion of the amount, which I felt was insufficient. I wasn’t asking for a refund because of the money, but because I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously. I was expecting the results I had previously received with Botox from other places, but this time, the treatment did not deliver.
I feel disappointed by the lack of attention to my needs and the unsatisfactory outcome. I had hoped for a full refund, not just a partial one, given the results did not meet the promised expectations. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

This was my second session at this specific clinic. Both times I had a different therapist (I thought I had arrange last time I was there that I get the same therapist) however I’m not complaining. Yash was just as good, efficient and to the point. So happy I started my laser journey with The Cosmetic Clinic.
I did Underarms, Brazilian and Half Legs:
The process is painless and results for me personally were noticed around 9 days after the first session.
My hair grew back as normal a few days after the appointment, but then started falling out very naturally at around day 9. In most places my hair almost hardly grew back. Other places, it still grew out the same.
I am Caucasian, and a shade (or two) lighter than a brown tan, with really dark black body hair growth.
Next appointment booked and cannot wait.

Came to check out what coolshaping is after seeing their attractive offers. You get a free consultation and I had mine with Leila. She has explained in details what procedure is, how its done, and what results to expect. Pictures were helpful to visualise to what to expect. I would recommend this beauty boutique. Also, there are several sizes of coolshaping cups. The price for a cup does not depend on a cup size. Its just one price and they will apply the one that is most suitable for the area you want to sculpt.
They are very flexible and will work with your schedule.

ANSWER TO COMPANY’S COMMENT BELOW:
I was not approached to discuss it personally, not sure why are you lying about it. And treatment was not tailored to specific client needs, as I only received general non-effective first time treatment.
COMMENT:
Laser hair removal procedure was disappointing. After a few days hair are growing back as if nothing has been done. It is not my first LHR treatment, so I have something to compare with.
After a proper LHR, one can see results immediately (no hair for a month or so), unless your skin/hair type is not suitable for this treatment. It should be painful (you are burning the hair, not going to a spa) and it should smell like burning hair, and the treated places should get swollen for a few hours (follicles exploding). That’s how you know you got a proper treatment. Or at least that’s how I know, because that was the case with my previous procedures.
It seems that the reason they say it will take 10-12 treatments to see the results in here is because in the first several treatments they use very low wavelengths which basically do nothing. They said they gradually increase the wavelengths, and since the machines they have are good, probably after more than 4 treatments, you will start seeing these results.
However, I am writing here to say that with a proper treatment you should see the results after the first time, and if you value your time and money, maybe pay more and go to 6-8 procedure treatment and get the results faster.
Also, they are trying to push some kind of laser air treatment lotion which is really not necessary, it is basically a very expensive after sun lotion. You only might need it if you are prone to burning in the sun, and even then, I am sure you can get better and cheaper elsewhere.
