사랑스러운 직원이 있고, 옷은 가격대가 좀 있었지만 정품이라길래 믿고 구매했습니다! 그리고 근처에있는 빈티지샵을 다 둘러봤는데 제일 마음에드는 곳이에요, 다음에 또 가고싶어요!

Found the sizing on all of the jeans to be very difficult, most things were a size 6 or 8 which was disappointing since they have so much. And the bigger sizes just didn’t work either. Almost everything I tried on was too small or too big. I am normally a size 8-10 but a lot of the size 12 jeans didn’t fit me. Staff were nice but I found they were a bit overbearing and honestly made me want to leave even more. Overall was disappointing I was very excited to shop there but I feel they need more accurate sizing and range of sizes. They only had a few jeans over a size 12 that weren’t just the super baggy jeans.

Best thrift store I’ve ever been to. Pippa is incredibly helpful - she even curated outfits to style my friend and me. Can’t find a better thrift experience than this!

What a bloody gem of a place! On our recent trip to Auckland we visited Smoove 4 or 5 times! T-shirts, jeans and mini skirts were purchased. Matt was super helpful but the star of the show was the fantastic Pippa! You can’t get anyone more helpful, bubbly and stylish than this gal! Just so helpful and loves a good laugh.

I just bought some fantastic jeans today. A huge thanks to the staff for their warm and friendly welcome and help. I wish I had taken their names to be more specific. Good customer service is always nice but excellent customer service is something special. What a great experience. From the products, the store decor, vibey music and of course your staff. Well worth my two hour drive to revisit!! Thank you

I drove 20km, paid $16 in parking and walked one mile to visit your shop. Then I find a "be back in 20 min" sign which is OK but not when you are still not back after one hour! Great way to turn away income and lose customers.
