Ed's team painted both the exterior and interior of our house. Not only did they do an excellent job, on time and on budget, but Ed organised and managed a range of other tradesmen including builder, electrician, landscaper and arborist to complete a series of jobs needed to ready the house for sale. Living on the South Island, Ed's proactive approach was invaluable to us, his 'can do' attitude and reliability were immensely appreciated. Ed and his team did an exceptional job painting our house, roof and interior. Everything was delivered as promised within the agreed timeframe which was very tight as we were getting ready to sell. We used restorative painters for our bungalow reno and extension last year in Mt Albert. They were knowledgeable and friendly, Ed certainly helped me to pick the 'elusive perfect white'. Ed and the team came to do pre marketing services on our home prior to listing. I highly recommend these services - they took care of everything that needed to be done to get the house ready to list from house washing, interior and exterior painting, to organising a builder to fix a sliding door, even moved a curtain rail in our poolhouse. Nobody else that iv come across does this sort pre listing service and it saved me having to try to get these individual jobs done with a myriad of different providers. Ed came to our house each morning to check on the team’s progress and then at the end to inspect the finished product so he was very hands on.
