I dropped off a wool blanket for dry cleaning and was advised by the staff member to wash it in-store instead. We specifically discussed that since it would take hours to dry, I’d handle that part at home. Two hours later, I picked it up (along with a few other non-wool items), and the wool blanket was hot to the touch—and badly shrunk.
I was told it was a “miscommunication” and that the staff didn’t realize it was wool. That’s simply not true—we clearly talked about it being wool and the drying process. It’s obvious that another staff member wasn’t informed and dried it anyway. That’s not my fault—it’s on them.
What’s worse is the lack of follow-up. This happened in March, and I’m still waiting for someone to take responsibility. Radio silence since. Really disappointing service.
I have a laundromat closer but this is worth the extra drive as it is really the best!

It’s opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. So it’s the best they can do for people who work at late shifts.
The machines are new and can support the volume of 8kgs to 28kgs. The washer and dryer are different.
Dryers need 20mins of medium heat if you are drying delicates and office wear. For bedsheets and towels high heat is perfect.
They charge 2.5 dollars for 10mins in dryer and around 10dollars for washer. For XL machines it 8.80dollars for 40mins.
Please use pos machines to pay they have a discount. The token machines charge 2. 5dollars and if you don’t have change then the extra amount is gone.
They have a vending machine for all your washing products, drinks and snacks and best of all a built in phone charger if you need to charge your phone.
Loads of parking space around the laundromat.
Laundry is open great hours and late so no concerns about access. Huge variety of machines. You can pay either by debit/credit card or by buying tokens. Tokens are the more expensive option. Machines were huge and 7kg. Duvet and sheet easily fitted in the largest machine. You can adjust the temperature and heavy/light use. Vending machine is there to sell powder but you pay a premium for it. Tv on the wall. Very clean. Very happy to recommend and go again!

It’s open 24 hours but locked “after hours” so you have to text to get in. I went during unlocked hours so can’t say if the texting thing works well or not.
Giving 4 stars because there are signs saying they do full service, which is what I wanted, but that is no longer offered. I called them after trying to go to the cafe next door (now an Acai bowl place) as the signs and the reviews here indicate. They confirmed full service is no longer offered.

It was Sunday and there was no staff when we arrived. There is no detergent available for purchase without staff. We had to walk to Woolworths to buy detergent as nothing else was open .
The washers and dryers are in fairly good condition. They offer free WiFi. There is a TV playing in there with very loud music that no one was enjoying. I’m not sure that provides the benefit the owners are trying to achieve. Perhaps a news station would be better.

In addition, Ola creates a friendly atmosphere without being intrusive. She always checks to see if anyone needs assistance and regularly cleans the machines and surrounding common areas.
Environment/Cleanliness:
In saying the above, yes, the environment is mostly clean and spacious. However, there is one area, near the vending machines, that smells like urine all the time. This is why I have not given 5 stars. This has been an issue (for me) for months and it seems like the management is not addressing this properly. It is a major put-off because the vending machine, which is there, is not only for food, but for laundry supplies. Hence, it is very likely you will need to go over there to purchase something.
Note to management: please address this! It is untidy and unhygienic.
Value:
Every week I purchase 1 hot wash and 1 large dry. I have about 1.5 standard laundry baskets of clothing. Hot washes are more expensive than warm or cold washes ($8 for hot and about $6 for cold). I budget $15 for the wash and dry ($7.60) in total. If you need to purchase laundry supplies (i.e. laundry bags, powder etc.) I suggest factoring in an additional $8. Lastly, the machines get the clothes clean and dry (40 min for a wash and 40 for a dry – with the suggested load above).
Overall:
This is a better place than most laundromats due to the friendly staff, easy self-service atmosphere, good pricing, and the freshness of the clothes once completed. The only thing is the vending area and the need to disinfect, clean, and managment to do something about it! Other than this, I recommend the use of the laundromat.

I’ve been using this company’s laundry service for almost 10 years, so I clearly know the difference between a hot wash and a warm wash. Their hot wash used to be genuinely hot—after the cycle finished, the items inside the washing machine were noticeably hot when you opened the door. Now, even though I pay for a hot wash, the items inside are just warm, not hot as they used to be.
To save money, I suggest that those who prefer hot wash just select the warm wash instead. I am currently looking for other laundry companies that can provide a proper hot wash.
But when I first came, I didn’n know how to use.. The instruction is hanging from the top, it couldn’t see well position. But a kind staff helped me. The store is spacious and clean.
