We have an LG French door fridge/freezer. This team did a great job of pickup, repair and reinstall. Good customer service with Bo and Izzi. Took a while but happy with getting our fridge back. No hesitation to recommend! A++!

I really appreciate the service lead by Riley today and the conversation with Daniel in the last few days. Also the lady who is the scheduler called me. Sorry I am too busy these days and I forget her name... Riley is so nice and polite with really good manners. He is very detailed and really fast by finishing the job. He also cleaned the water for me and collect the replaced tubes and rubbish away. Such a great guy and such a nice service journey. Daniel checked the information which is also very fast and get back to me very fast. Nice team work. I wish Axial all the best!

Bernard was fantastic. He did install for my new F&P DishDraw, courteous, professional and friendly. He was able to hold good conversation, whilst simultaneously verbally telling me about what he was doing with the installation. Very prompt called and explained the problem over the phone. Next day mid morning a very pleasant guy, Bernard arrived and was able to unlock the washing machine door and replace the lock with a new one. Would recommend anyone with a washing machine problem to give Axial a call.

If it wasn't for the appliance manufacturer's delays and lack of comms this would be a 5 star. Axial helped us to resolve a warranty issue with our dishwasher and navigate the shortcomings of the manufacturer with a friendly and professional manner. In the end a result we are very happy with. PS have used them over the years- always good.

As a landlord of multiple properties, to have the services offered by Axial when a dishwasher or oven breaks down is invaluable. Immediate response, they can usually attend the property within a day or two, and guaranteed repairs by trained/ expert technicians. For a great experience you cannot go past Axial Appliances! 🙂
