My Parlux hairdryer died over Christmas weekend. With the muggy weather in Auckland I was a bit worried about how I would get my hair sorted. Really didn’t want to take out money at this stage for a good hairdryer. I was contacted the next day to inform me that they’ll be able to fix it and I could pick it up before New Year’s Eve. We brought our coffee machine in 8/30/23. We messaged back and forth via email regarding an update on the repair, only to be finally told in April of 2024 that it had been fixed last year august. It is simply not good enough! We went un-notified for 8 months! We were only told it was fixed after telling them we would like to take it elsewhere, after waiting 8 months with little to no updates. We will definitely not be back!!

Dropped my mixer off to be repaired 3 weeks ago and was told they would call me with a quote. I heard nothing so went back in today and my mixer was sitting on the floor. No apology, no explanation, just “we haven’t touched it yet”. Very poor customer service. I took it to get repaired elsewhere.

Communication is essential for a good business and this is what brings customers back.

I was upset with this service. I fixed my clipper at this place. But they made another trouble with a power button and totally worse. Actually It is not working right now and shaking too much even making some noise and just turned off by itself. I payed money to fix it tho. When I turned it on, I thought that is working again, but it was turned off slowly by itself. Because they did not put it together. It had just battery problem at the bottom of the machine before, quite worked well and never had a trouble with other parts. If they are expert they would not have made such mistakes. I wasted my money and my time at this place.

I am on the phone now to the company. I have a filter in my hand and want to buy a new one for my rangehood.. The lady on the phone has said a technician must come to my house and access the filter. It does not make sense. I have asked to speak to the manager. He said they did not bring the parts from a company that went bust so i accept this….give 4 stars because he said I can still come by and just maybe they might have something. Poor service! Months to get part for our dishwasher. I would call regularly with no reply or rude reply. We bought a new dishwasher we waited so long. When the arrived, they lost the part. Had wait even longer. Very expensive. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible customer service and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Our repairman Will was great but having to wait nearly a month to not even yet have my oven fixed and to find out they’d not even ordered the part after I had to chase them up is shocking. I wish I’d read all these reviews beforehand. They were very quick to get the pre paid payment off me though. Just phoned a local repairman and he has the part in stock and will be out tomorrow to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS SLOW COMPANY

This company should NOT be used. My wife asked ESI to fix a broken handle on a Miele fridge. The retail cost of the handle from Miele NZ was $235 delivered. It took me exactly 4 minutes to undo 4 screws and attach the handle and do up the 4 screws. ESI quoted $919 to do this. Absolute rip off!!

Horrible service.
Would not recommend for anyone. Paid them for a technician visit and the parts for my fridge and waited over 4 months with no outcome.
Followed up multiple times with the company and they keep promising me the parts company is not responding or no updates from them when I asked specifically to give me an update even if there is no response after a week.
Such a useless bunch of people working there and not professional at all.. what a waste of time and money.
