Disappointed at the service received. 6 weeks post consult and with very little communication from the company we decided to withdraw from their service . We kept being told that the parts were ordered and awaiting shipment however 6 weeks later and phone calls from our side and not Affordable Appliances we felt lied to and hence will pursue another repairer!

Geoff was great to deal with from start to finish. He called the day before to confirm that someone will be home. I appreciated his honesty and candor throughout the process, even showing me how easy it was to do some light maintenance on my machine. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Services to anyone who needs an appliance repaired or is looking for a good value replacement. Our old washing machine broke and after a phone call with Geoff it was clear it would be cheaper to replace the machine than to repair it. I ended up ordering a new machine from Geoff who delivered, installed and removed the old machine all in a timely fashion and hassle free! It was great dealing directly with the owner of a small business who is clearly an expert in their field. Geoff was reliable, super friendly and I could trust I was being taken care of, would highly recommend - all for great value as well!

We recently hired Geoff to install our dishwasher, and despite our accidental error in providing the wrong address – one that was a 30-minute drive away – Geoff handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. Zero complain and instead calmly worked with us to reschedule the installation promptly.
Geoff's professional attitude and willingness to accommodate the mistake were truly commendable. He scheduled the installation efficiently and completed the work with everything running smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Awesome Service from Geoff & would HIGHLY recommend.
Reached out to Affordable AS for an urgent replacement for my glass oven door. They were super quick to get back to me, provided a quote that same day.
Despite having to order in parts, they kept me informed & had the job done in no time!
BEST SERVICE WITH EVEN BETTER PRICING. I hope I won’t be needing anymore appliance repairs… but if i do, I won’t be going anywhere else
