I am on the phone now to the company. I have a filter in my hand and want to buy a new one for my rangehood.. The lady on the phone has said a technician must come to my house and access the filter. It does not make sense. I have asked to speak to the manager. He said they did not bring the parts from a company that went bust so i accept this….give 4 stars because he said I can still come by and just maybe they might have something. He also pointed me elsewhere I may get help.

Best service I've ever had. Andrew and Dave were the nicest, most professional, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable engineers and technicians we've ever seen. They came on time. They kindly assessed our needs and had our new dryer up and running in 40 minutes within arrival to our home. Thank you so much ESI ! Made appointment only 2 days before they came.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel I should. Poor service! Months to get part for our dishwasher. I would call regularly with no reply or rude reply. We bought a new dishwasher we waited so long. When the arrived, they lost the part. Had wait even longer. Very expensive. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible customer service and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Our repairman Will was great but having to wait nearly a month to not even yet have my oven fixed and to find out they’d not even ordered the part after I had to chase them up is shocking. I wish I’d read all these reviews beforehand. They were very quick to get the pre paid payment off me though. Just phoned a local repairman and he has the part in stock and will be out tomorrow to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS SLOW COMPANY

This company should NOT be used. My wife asked ESI to fix a broken handle on a Miele fridge. The retail cost of the handle from Miele NZ was $235 delivered. It took me exactly 4 minutes to undo 4 screws and attach the handle and do up the 4 screws. ESI quoted $919 to do this. Absolute rip off!!

Horrible service. Would not recommend for anyone. Paid them for a technician visit and the parts for my fridge and waited over 4 months with no outcome. Followed up multiple times with the company and they keep promising me the parts company is not responding or no updates from them when I asked specifically to give me an update even if there is no response after a week. Such a useless bunch of people working there and not professional at all.. what a waste of time and money.
