Tried a pottery class at this studio near the city, and honestly, it was such a good experience.
The space is cozy and easy to get to, but what really stood out was the teacher. So kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about pottery.
I’ve done classes at other places before, but they always felt a bit rushed. This one was completely different. I felt like I could really take my time and enjoy the process.
They even use high quality Shimpo Whisper wheels, which make a big difference. quiet, smooth, and beginner friendly.
You can tell this studio is run by people who really care about the craft and their students.
Would 100% recommend to anyone curious about pottery!!

I did a five week hand build course, it was a lot of fun! The studio is friendly to new learners, the course is flexi and can be as creative and challenging as you wish, and the problem solving was particularly great. Diego is a strong teacher and doesn’t shy from guiding on hard/creative ideas and figuring out methods for tricky things. Rich who setup the studio is welcoming, and the whole place has a vibe and seems to be a creative hub with people coming and going. I am very happy to make this recommendation.

Highly recommend Eden Ceramics! Just finished the 5 week throwing beginners course with Rich and have come away with pieces I’m so happy with and cannot wait to use. The studio is very well equipped and an awesome place to learn the art of throwing. Can’t wait to go back for another course thanks Rich!

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Eden Ceramics! Richie and Diego are great to learn from and they’ve done well to create a sense of community. The glazes at this studio are stunning - beautiful colors and drips down the pots!

I did the beginners class with my friend and it was so much fun! We did both hand building and the wheel pottery. The finished product was also amazing—my friend and I will definitely use them. We are looking forward to book for the regular classes.

Had an evening workshop as part of a work function with the Eden Ceramics team and we couldn’t be more pleased! Richie and the team were really friendly and helpful. We all had such a great time and were even more pleased with our creations. Highly recommend!

I just completed my first pottery class with a group of friends at Eden Ceramics. The class lasted about 2 hours, and we tried both hand-building and wheel techniques. Today, I received my pieces of art and I'm excited to show them off! I absolutely love them. It’s amazing to use your imagination to create your own unique pieces. Richard, our tutor, was excellent and very patient. Looking forward to the second class!
