Can’t rate this gym enough, very friendly welcoming atmosphere, all levels welcome, the skills you learn here are second to none and the people from the gym are of absolute best character. It’s an amazing place to make new friends and make some personal progress however big or small yours goals may be.

Good BJJ program and classes. Their coaches Adam and Cob are really good. Maybe the best in all of NZ??? The other tall bold coach is also good but talks too much during demos.

This place is awesome!, starting the Kickfit morning sessions several months ago and am really enjoying it. Welcoming atmosphere suitable for all fitness/skill levels. Highly recommended!

I went to this gym and some Chinese man named Israel insisted that I brought my dog, which I thought was weird. After warming up I went to the locker room to get water and saw him making love to my dog. 0/10 do not recommend.
