Amazing...Kevin made me feel so comfortable and reassured and explained everything to me as we went through my testing, and then the fitting of my hearing aids. Top marks from me!
Resonate offer a truly great offer so for those, like me, who can't afford $5-$10 thousand, this is the way to go. Recommend Resonate to everyone who needs their hearing checked and then aids fitted. All done in 1 appointment. FANTASTIC customer service and unreal ongoing help. Thanks so much Kevin and Resonate.

Referred to go to Resonate through a workmate and it’s the best decision I made. Made appointment through website which was easy to navigate. Reply is very quick. No hidden costs or surprises. Kent at Resonate in chartwell is awesome! He made me feel at ease and has a sense of humour which helped as getting hearing aids can be daunting. Kent's customer service was above and beyond and I do recommend Resonate to anyone that is doubting to go. My hearing aids are amazing and you don’t even know I’m wearing any plus I do wear glasses as well and no problem with those. Thank you Resonate.

Barely even experienced Resonate and am already prepared to give 5 stars!
I booked an ear cleaning after my ears become blocked on holiday. After meeting with Melody (I hope that is the correct name) from the Bayfair branch, she did a quick check over my ears and referred me on to some more local ear nurses due to me needing more specialised care.
As they were not able to assist me, I was sent on my way with a smile and no fee charged, which was pleasantly surprising. In the 20 minutes I spent there I felt very well looked after, and could see that other clients definitely did, too!
So friendly and professional, and highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and efficient, I was greeted with a cup of tea and a friendly welcome and made to feel at ease.
The hearing aids are state of the art and a varst improvement on the previous devices I had fitted elsewhere. All round an excellent choice.

No other Audiologists offer an easy way of paying for hearing aids making the process so affordable for latest technology & upgrades every 3 years. Warmly greeted on arrival by Ellen with an excellent outline of services provided, company background and ethos. Into my appointment on time complete with a very welcome coffee. Theresa explained the 360 process clearly and her experience with what must be a varied clientele was obvious. The audiologists were excellent to deal with - very professional. Highly recommended.

I lost a lot of hearing after throat cancer and chemo and radiology
treatments. Resonate and it's staff have responded hugely in both Milford and New Lynn branches. I will always be grateful to them for all their service and hard work and also for allowing me to feel I am part of the process.AAAAAA++++++.
