I had an appointment at Boutique Audiology for custom-fit ear protection. Booking was easy and I found the team to be very friendly and totally professional. The custom earmould process was quick and efficient and Emma explained the process as she went. Follow-up communication was excellent and the product arrived and it was a perfect fit to my ear shape. Lovely clinic, easy parking - highly recommended!

Boutique Audiology offer a great ear cleaning service which I use frequently. All the staff I have dealt with are lovely and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Nurse Iris was incredible, he has excellent bedside manner which made having an embarrassingly large amount of earwax extracted seem more like a catch-up with an old friend (obviously with vacuum sounds added in!). Do not be put off by the fact that Iris is working towards getting his registration in NZ because a) he is registered as a nurse in Samoa and b) after hearing his story of how he got into medicine I 1000% would trust him with my life! My appointment ended up going 10 minutes over (not sure if it's because of my embarrassingly large amount of earwax or all of the questions I had immediately after), but Iris was incredibly informative, graceful, and friendly. It feels strange to say but I'm looking forward to my next visit in nine months time??
