Jacob went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, without knowing us, to help us retrieve our bags that were mistakenly picked up by another family.
He drove my partner around following our AirTag to retrieve the bags and then dropped my partner back home. Driving around Auckland for an hour and he wouldn’t accept any financial appreciation for his time and petrol, or even some chocolates.
Words cannot express our gratitude for this kind act of service which goes well above what we would ever expect.
Also my niece and nephew absolutely loved the place. Lots of climbs for them and a great playground. The staff were super attentive and making sure all the kids and adults were clipping on correctly. They tightened up the kids harness as they got a bit loose over time.
They are also about to redo the top rope wall which I’m excited to come back to sometime and have a climb with my partner.
10/10 would recommend and will be coming back to next time we are in Auckland.

The zip lines were amazing themselves with insane views, also loved that we went on three zip lines and not just one or two. After the zip lines we walked a little through the bushes, where Ashley told lots of great stories and facts about the trees and birds. After the zip lines our driver Nick dropped us off in the village, and told us about the ice cream stop “Movenpick” which had really good ice cream and a great view!! All in all totally recommend!!
I also chose their Zip, Wine and Dine combo and would thoroughly recommend. It made for a phenomenal day that I’ll never forget. The entire process was fantastic: easy booking, great communication and a wonderful experience!
Worth mentioning that I was a solo female traveller, and I felt completely comfortable and welcome!

I needed a basic, road worthy, hardy mountain bike as I was tackling lots of gravel and hills. This is exactly what I got and it rode smoothly all the way up the East Coast & down the West Coast with a few diversions.
Bruce patiently responded to many emails sent from Yorkshire prior to my adventure and opened up especially (shop is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to receive the bike back under the buy back scheme! Such a great initiative!

They offer bike maintenance tips and advice over the phone if you have problems when you are on the road. They will also ship you the parts you need if you have to do repairs on your tour.
100% recommended – you don’t need to go anywhere else.
Bruce and team did all they could to give us all details prior to arriving in Auckland. We bought 2 second hand bikes, front and rear panniers, Racks and other accessories from them via the buy back scheme. Their buy back scheme is the only one we could find existing in New Zealand. Upon return they bought back the bikes with all accessories for half the price. Which was a great deal for our 3 month bike ride through New Zealand.

On the journey, you’ll see turkey, deer and horses. There’s lots of green around you, so you’ll be super in-touch with nature and the outdoors.
I can see that people from different ethnicities have rated this experience poorly. I am from a different ethnicity myself, and have not encountered this at all with 4 Track Adventures- probably because I was lucky enough to get Kyle! Make sure you ask for the right man to do the job.
If you need the bathroom, just ask the staff, as the bathrooms aren’t glaringly obvious but they are there.

It was an amazing experience, we had lots of fun and enjoyed every challenge and every view there was. It was absolutely spectacular.
We went for a good 3-4 hours and we felt tired after the tour – this is how you know we had a lot of fun and a lot of energy pumping activity.
Slight downside is that the tour is priced on the higher end which I had to fork out my usual budget but it was still ok.
Highly recommended.
