Armstrong Smarter Security - Avondale

Our company uses Armstrong in Avondale for all our locksmith needs. They've always been great to deal with. Decided to use them personally. Great service from start to end. Awesome crew, everyone I've interacted with here has been pleasant and helpful each time I've gone in. Have had 4 keys cut from here, two for an old truck and two for an even older motorcycle, and these guys did it really quick and the price is quite reasonable. Even had considerate advisement with the tricky motorcycle key to only have one key made first and to go test it before I had a second one made- to make sure it works. Very considerate and honest, really appreciate it! Would very much recommend.

Cuts keys Bunnings and mitre 10 won't cut. The bloke working there also gave really good advice on how to stop our lock from snapping our keys. Much appreciated

We needed the lock on the front door changed after a flatmate moved out. I mentioned that the door wasn’t closing well, but did not ask for it to be fixed. We were pretty shocked to see that the wall has been cut into and damaged to adjust the lock, without our consent. I would have thought the staff member would tell me what was involved and how much it would cost if he was intending to fix it. It has been nearly four months and Armstrong Avondale have not responded to any of my emails with any solutions or to explain the charges, as I have requested. The lock was changed, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, and the damage done to the door. UPDATE: Armstrong called to arrange for this to be fixed, and after many attempts to call back and arrange a time, it was fixed. Armstrong was very apologetic and said that the staff member should have communicated before doing other work.

Arrived within an hour (there was a cancellation) to fix our patio lock and replace our deadbolts. Fixed quickly and professionally. Reasonable cost. Happy to use again.
