Came in recently to ask whether I could get a spare key for the the window lock at home for which I lost the key. Carl knew exactly which key I was after he even knew the key number . Carl tried to locate a key in the store but was unable to find one. He took down my number and I got a call from him later that day to say he was able to track one down. Carl got me 2 spare keys in the end. Carl's customer service and focus is flawless .
