I have met with Dr Oliver twice for a serious psoriasis flareup and was blown away with his amazing ability to diagnose and deduce likely underlying conditions causing this. I think we've nailed it in two visits and back to my GP for ongoing care. He made sure he didn't need me to keep coming back to pay specialist fees 🙂

I have had an incredible experience with Dr Marc Lawrence, from my initial appointment, surgical procedures and follow up appointments. Dr Lawrence’s expertise and attention to detail have proven amazing results with my very difficult case. Dr Lawrence’s bedside manner is impeccable, kind, gentle, understanding and compassionate.
Elisha and Vanessa, his nursing team have shown nothing but exceptional care. Their warm and calm demeanour was always present during my surgeries, this helped immensely.
Nothing has ever been too much for Shannon, from booking my appointments, to getting answers for my many questions. This never went unnoticed, so thank you.
I would not hesitate recommending Dr Marc Lawrence; he and his team are simply OUTSTANDING.

I'm concerned about the effectiveness of the mole removal treatment I received from Dr. Chin Yun Lin. After several appointments spaced 5-6 months apart, the mole persists. Although Dr. Lin applies dry ice for a short duration, I haven't seen the desired outcome. The cost associated with each appointment seems high, considering the brevity of the treatment. I'd appreciate discussing alternative options or a revised treatment plan with Dr. Lin, as I haven't experienced the expected results.

Dr Lin saw my mother for 5 MINUTES and is charging $350 with no sample taken. All that was done was a light was shone on the mole and further uncertainty created to say "oh you might have skin cancer" but you have to come in to get a minor procedure done. Why was he not prepped for a sample to be taken? Seriously, we are in a worse position than when we went to the GP. Dr Lin already had a referral letter from the GP outlining her medical history and he still asked her what medication are you taking - did he even read the referral letter from the GP? We are paying for this privately and this cost is unjustified. You think it’s ok to rip people by charging $350 for shining a light on mole? Other specialists I have been to will spend an hour and only charge $350 and give you MORE information than before entering the appointment.

The receptionist for Dr Todd Gunson is not helpful and rude. I would like to rate a negative star if I could. I called yesterday, asked the receptionist whether Dr Gunson would see a new patient, and wanted to make an appointment for my son to see Dr Gunson before 1st March (before semester one starts) if it is possible. She told me to fill out the online appointment request form which I did immediately. I called again today because I am worried for my son. She said no appointment available before 1st March, and the earliest appointment would be in May or Jun. Although that's not ideal, I prepared to accept it. However, she wanted to put my son to see another specialist and said that Dr Gunson would not accept any new patients. I don't believe it is the case. Because when I asked her whether Dr Gunson would see a new patient, she didn't say no and just told me to fill out an online appointment form!

I’m hesitant to extol the wonderful work of Dr Patel as it’s already challenging to get an appointment with him, such is the demand. Dr Patel has been my dermatologist for nearly 20 years and I cannot write more positively of every aspect of his care. I have had all grades of skin cancer diagnosed and removed skilfully by him. He is an exceptional professional with a superb approach to his work; thorough and knowledgeable. During the lockdowns he also diagnosed and removed skin cancers from my elderly mother’s legs. That they didn’t subsequently ulcerate was again due to his post surgical follow up. I moved to Dr Patel’s care on the recommendation of my employer, following simply awful experiences with another local dematologist. I have never regretted the move.
