I recently had a clear and bright peel and laser at st Luke’s laser clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff there are the most warm and welcoming people who make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive until the very end of your treatment. They’re extremely professional and pleasant.
The laser itself was smooth and fairly quickly, I did the Hollywood Brazilian and underarms which took about 5 mins, pain is very tolerable and staff make you feel very comfortable during the whole process. My other treatment I got was the clear and bright peel, she took the time to address all my concerns and aftercare instructions while doing the peel, it was very nice and I felt really refreshed and hydrated afterwards. I highly recommend services here

I have been a customer of this clinic for years and the service was amazing with friendly staff and services. HOWERVER, today I encountered the worst staff in all this years.
She was rude and disrespectful.When I asked her name she told me Charlene (which I’m not even sure if it’s true but she has ginger hair and eyelashes).
To be honest, if you are having a bad day just don’t go to work or at least learn customer service skills.
Always recommend this clinic to friends and relatives but don’t feel like it anymore. Felt ashamed and insulted by this person who was disrespectful even in front of other patients that where sitting in the reception.
Hope the manager in the future hires better staff for the other clients.

This is the first ever treatment on my face ever. I was confused and not sure which one should i take but staff made it easy for me to understand and i took chemical peel treatment.
Most of my treatment has been done by khyati and she is just outstanding. Great skill, very friendly and hard working. I am sure she is gem in crown.

I was not approached to discuss it personally, not sure why are you lying about it. And treatment was not tailored to specific client needs, as I only received general non-effective first time treatment.

COMMENT:

Laser hair removal procedure was disappointing. After a few days hair are growing back as if nothing has been done. It is not my first LHR treatment, so I have something to compare with.

After a proper LHR, one can see results immediately (no hair for a month or so), unless your skin/hair type is not suitable for this treatment. It should be painful (you are burning the hair, not going to a spa) and it should smell like burning hair, and the treated places should get swollen for a few hours (follicles exploding). That’s how you know you got a proper treatment. Or at least that’s how I know, because that was the case with my previous procedures.

It seems that the reason they say it will take 10-12 treatments to see the results in here is because in the first several treatments they use very low wavelengths which basically do nothing. They said they gradually increase the wavelengths, and since the machines they have are good, probably after more than 4 treatments, you will start seeing these results.

However, I am writing here to say that with a proper treatment you should see the results after the first time, and if you value your time and money, maybe pay more and go to 6-8 procedure treatment and get the results faster.

Also, they are trying to push some kind of laser air treatment lotion which is really not necessary, it is basically a very expensive after sun lotion. You only might need it if you are prone to burning in the sun, and even then, I am sure you can get better and cheaper elsewhere.

The environment here is really nice. I compared a few places, and this one is quite affordable too.
After the injection, they gave me a small collagen drink and a facial mask.

I have been to many other clinics before discovering THE LAB clinic , I have now been coming here for more that 2 and a half years and would not go anywhere else for my Botox or filler . The results from the Botox last longer than any I have had before, and Hayden is an artist with filler, her really listens to what the client wants but also offers his expertise and knowledge to guide the client to the best results possible. GO TO OTHER CLINICS! I completed 8 to 9 sessions of laser hair removal at this clinic for my arms, shoulders, and back. I was told my hair type was ideal and that 8–12 sessions would significantly reduce growth and my type hair and skin is ideal for treatment. After all that time, money, and two extra sessions (given after an experienced staff admitted previous sessions weren’t done properly), the results are extremely disappointing — the regrowth is almost the same as before.
I’ve contacted the clinic twice and was told upper management would follow up. It’s been over a month, and no one has responded. I now also have a tattoo on my back and on my shoulder, so further treatment in that area isn’t even possible. I feel misled and let down with plenty of my time and resources wasted.

Always a great experience at laser clinics Newmarket! Maya makes me feel so comfortable and we always have a fun yap during the session. The staff are very understanding if you need to make a last minute time change once or twice (don’t abuse this kindness though as they may pop a late fee on). I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months to hear back from you radika, what type of a manager are you that you don’t even put the effort into responding to clients. You shouldn’t be made a manager and I can’t wait to chat to the people above you. After years of treatment with no plan or anyone tracking my treatment, my treatment has gone backwards now. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and for you to not even respond directly to me about my concerns and come up with a plan after months is infuriating and the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever come across. you shouldn’t even have that position. I’ve been at the Laser clinic in Albany for over a year, I booked i few treatments online. I had a few bad experience with the staff being rude, laughing at me, no welcoming, they often rush into the treatments and missed some part. But my last appointments have been really good with Josephine, she takes time explains you well and always smiling! It’s been a pleasure to have my treatment with her!

I love the convenience of location as well as the helpful and friendly staff. Josephine has the best advice and has done effort to help me get to the root of the cause of my skin problems. During every one of my laser treatments I have received gentle care and guidance to obtain best results.

Hate to be this person but this is for the girls who go here and don’t know any better. Have been getting laser for over a year and since coming here the appointments always feel so rushed, the therapist refused to do my bikini line (which I had paid for) due to her saying it was ‘burnt’, I hadn’t been in the sun for over 2 weeks… and have a pink undertone so that’s how my skins always looks. The laser was so painful I have a high pain tolerance but I flinched each time in pain. At my last clinic the laser was pain-free and works great, at this clinic it was painful and the hair grew back immediately and thicker. Do not go here, it’s a shame because they’re local and usually have deals going but I will never be coming back. Do not recommend. The reception staff are usually nice to end on a positive note!

DISAPPOINTING. I booked for a free consultation just now, I was 5mins late because it was my first time in the centre, I was booked for 10.10am for a 15min consultation. I arrived 10.15am (I looked at the time before entering their store) waited 6minutes as the receptionist was on the phone, then she tells me at 10.21am after she was on the call she can’t take me because I missed my appointment. And she can’t do anything about it. Terrible service because I went out of my way to arrange my schedule around my appointment and drove all the way here just to make my consultation, and if I arrived 5 mins late, technically she should’ve had 10mins to see me. She was on a call instead. Other clinics I’ve been to CALLS ME before deciding to cancel my appointment if I’m coming. So I thought it was fine. It’s small details like this where botany lost a potential long term client because I was looking somewhere to completing heal my acne scars. And do maintenance treatments for after. Glad this happened as I might’ve ended up buying packages and be stuck with unprofessionalism

Went for a micro needling, after 4 re schedules because they didn’t have needles I finally got to my appointment. In their website, clearly states they use numbing cream as per screenshot on their website. Looks like they won’t use numbing cream, even if requested. So I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. Then they can’t refund everything because they have reached their limit, and they will call me the next day to do it over the phone. After some back and forth me not leaving without my money I got a partial refund on my card and a partial refund in cash. What a waste of my time that I need to rearrange my agenda several times for this for ending up with nothing. Won’t recommend.

I had 5–6 sessions of facial laser at this clinic, but unfortunately, I saw no real results — the hair is still growing. The sessions were done very quickly and on a low setting, which I believe is why they were ineffective. I feel like I wasted my money here. The manager also lacked professionalism and needs more training, especially since she personally did 1–2 of my sessions and those didn’t give any good results either. Disappointed with the overall service.

Thank you very much for providing the best service for me for 8 months with an anti-aging treatment package that is reasonably priced and affordable. I am very happy with the results of the treatment from this clinic, especially my facial skin is younger than my actual age. I really appreciate the clinic staff for their good service to me.

Very Disappointed with Laser Results
I had multiple full face laser sessions over several months, followed all aftercare, and trusted the advice of the therapists. Unfortunately, I saw no real improvement, and now I’m shaving my face twice a week. I feel misled and very stressed, especially with my wedding coming up. Not worth the money or emotional impact.

I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal and have generally had positive experiences with the technicians, as they’ve always been friendly, informative and professional. However, today’s session was very disappointing and unprofessional. The technician informed me that she used an incorrect setting for my leg treatment, which caused red, burnt marks on my legs. When I expressed concern, she casually mentioned that she had already adjusted the settings for my upper lip, so that should be fine. She then said she would consult with a colleague about the burns, and when she returned, her only advice was to avoid hot showers and the sun for two weeks, and to apply the laser aid — isn’t that just standard aftercare and not anything specific to my situation? She also pointed out that I didn’t have goggles for my leg treatment, but shouldn’t it be the technician’s responsibility to provide them, as they have done in all my previous sessions? After everything, when she asked if I wanted to book my next appointment, I told her I’d do it online because I didn’t feel comfortable continuing the conversation. I am truly disappointed by this experience, especially considering the professional service I’ve received in the past. I still have some sessions left, so moving forward, it may be best for clients to double-check with the technician to ensure they’re using the correct settings and to ask them to provide goggles, even though it’s ultimately the technician’s responsibility to handle this.
