I had a wonderful experience at Laser Clinic Takapuna. My consultation and sessions were with Net, she was professional, respectful and great with work. She advised post care and provided great customer service. I will definitely go again to Takapuna branch to get other Laser services from Net. Thanks.

I had 5–6 sessions of facial laser at this clinic, but unfortunately, I saw no real results — the hair is still growing. The sessions were done very quickly and on a low setting, which I believe is why they were ineffective. I feel like I wasted my money here. The manager also lacked professionalism and needs more training, especially since she personally did 1–2 of my sessions and those didn’t give any good results either. Disappointed with the overall service.

Thank you very much for providing the best service for me for 8 months with an anti-aging treatment package that is reasonably priced and affordable. I am very happy with the results of the treatment from this clinic, especially my facial skin is younger than my actual age. I really appreciate the clinic staff for their good service to me. Very Disappointed with Laser Results I had multiple full face laser sessions over several months, followed all aftercare, and trusted the advice of the therapists. Unfortunately, I saw no real improvement, and now I’m shaving my face twice a week. I feel misled and very stressed, especially with my wedding coming up. Not worth the money or emotional impact.

I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal and have generally had positive experiences with the technicians, as they’ve always been friendly, informative and professional. However, today’s session was very disappointing and unprofessional. The technician informed me that she used an incorrect setting for my leg treatment, which caused red, burnt marks on my legs. When I expressed concern, she casually mentioned that she had already adjusted the settings for my upper lip, so that should be fine. She then said she would consult with a colleague about the burns, and when she returned, her only advice was to avoid hot showers and the sun for two weeks, and to apply the laser aid — isn’t that just standard aftercare and not anything specific to my situation? She also pointed out that I didn’t have goggles for my leg treatment, but shouldn’t it be the technician's responsibility to provide them, as they have done in all my previous sessions? After everything, when she asked if I wanted to book my next appointment, I told her I’d do it online because I didn’t feel comfortable continuing the conversation. I am truly disappointed by this experience, especially considering the professional service I’ve received in the past. I still have some sessions left, so moving forward, it may be best for clients to double-check with the technician to ensure they’re using the correct settings and to ask them to provide goggles, even though it’s ultimately the technician’s responsibility to handle this.

Hi there! i want to share my amazing experience at Laser clinic "Takapuna". I just had my laser session done by Ernett. she is really friendly and welcoming which really made me feel at ease. That was my 3rd session with her and she did all sessions perfectly and seeing already amazing results. i can’t thank enough for making my experience so positive. Unlike other clinics I've tried, where sessions often feel rushed and spots are missed, the staff here are meticulous and attentive every single time. The nurses are not only highly skilled but also wonderfully personable and attentive to my needs. They take the time to listen to my concerns and work with me to ensure I’m comfortable and happy with my treatment. I truly look forward to every visit, and if I weren’t moving away, I would definitely be a regular client for years to come. I can’t recommend Laser Clinic Takapuna enough—this place is exceptional!
