Absolutely fantastic business with a great operating model. Love the extensive collection of books in stock to order from, and the speed at which orders are processed… plus really competitive prices. The pick-up option is super handy! Really great, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Will definitely be making many more purchases from this team! My wallet is already weeping! 😀

Great website for ordering local. I ordered on a Tuesday night and the book was on my door step on Thursday morning. Really great service from the team when I emailed about a price match.
The only thing I’d say is that when I’m searching for books it would be great if you could filter by size. I’m a weirdo that doesn’t like Mass Market Paperback size. Whether it’s soft or hard cover I like them around the same size. Will make the book search less time consuming to have that information.

Wonderful!! A very extensive collection of books that could outdo any other shop around NZ.
The website is very clean and easy to use.
Prices are extremely competitive, I am so so impressed.
Ordered on a Friday, received on Tuesday (two of five are backorder, which I received an email to explain when I could expect them!)
I will be placing many more orders!!!!

Absolutely love love this New Zealand business! The books prices are great, the shipping is amazing all my books have arrived overnight which is amazing! And the range of books are great for all ages there have been a few books I haven’t haven’t been able to find in New Zealand and these guys have had them. Highly recommend book hero

Super impressed with the speed of delivery - ordered at 3pm Tuesday, and arrived the next day to the south! Unfortunately my books were damaged but the team were so helpful and apologetic, I didn’t expect to receive a replacement of my entire order! Super well priced, an awesome team and will happily purchase from them again ☺️

I'm giving this review after placing my first order with Book Hero. The website is well set out and easy to use. The pricing is most reasonable and competitive. The books arrived well packed and in just two days from order to delivery to my PO Box in central Auckland. Kudos for the excellent interface with the NZPO app for order tracking. I'll definitely be placing further orders.
