From the moment I called to book in, the person was super friendly, professional, and gave me an immediate appointment. The specialist took the time to explain the procedure and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The treatment was quick, completely painless, and the results were immediate. The clinic was clean, modern, and followed excellent hygiene protocols. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing ear wax removal. You won’t believe the difference it makes. I had a micro suction wax removal procedure done at this clinic and ended up being very happy. Charlotte and Leanne were the ones who helped me and they were both so lovely and kind. They made sure to ask me if it was okay to do certain things and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible during the procedure. They also informed us of what they were doing which made me feel like I was in safe hands. The price for the procedure wasn’t unreasonable at all and I can hear completely well now. We recently visited for earwax removal for my 2-year-old son, whose ears were completely blocked. From the moment we walked in, the front staff was very professional and incredibly helpful, we truly felt taken care of. I want to give a big shoutout to Chatu. My son was crying a lot and being quite stubborn, but Chatu handled the situation with such patience and care. She gently and skillfully removed all the wax, and my baby felt instant relief.
