I love this gym, the people are friendly and the vibes are great. I started Jiu Jitsu for self defence, but got hooked on how engaging it is pretty quickly. As an ex gym girly, this is no doubt the most fun way to stay in shape, the self defence aspect is now just an added bonus. The Birkenhead mats are also amazing!

I trained in most bjj school on the shore. I can say here you can truly develop your game that suits you. Gym is open 24/7 you can organize your time if you want to train with your training partner. Here in black knights Ricardo us very good professor who is bit open minded then any other gym as long as you don't hurt your training partner you can practice position and submission that are deemed and prohibited. This is good learning environment.
