Best place in Auckland that teach BJJ to the kids. Head coach is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, all the coaches are quite experienced. Kids get to learn traditional BJJ from the experts. Every day class involves warm-up, learning new technique, practicing it, followed by friendly matches.

I have trained at this gym a few times now and honestly it is a vibe. Coach Aziz and the whole crew are absolute legends. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, but don’t let the friendly faces fool you, these people train hard. The talent here is no joke, the classes are top-tier, and the technique? Razor sharp. Aziz somehow manages to be both a top-tier coach and the guy who will roast you mid-round just to make you laugh while you are dying of cardio. If you want to level up your game and have a blast doing it, this is the spot. Highly recommend—just don’t forget to bring your A-game... and maybe an extra towel.

Fantastic gym with helpful staff and students. Great environment to learn and improve. Has very experienced coaches who know the ins and outs of the sports at the highest level.
