I’ve been working with Manik for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From day one, he took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailor a program specifically for me. His knowledge and enthusiasm are truly motivating, and he always make sure I’m using the correct form to avoid injuries.
What sets him apart is the ability to push me just enough to see progress, while still making each session enjoyable and rewarding. His encouragement and positive attitude have helped me stay consistent and committed to my fitness journey. I am not sure how he can manage to stay positive and smiling all the times , a skill I completely lack.
I highly recommend my trainer to anyone looking for a professional, supportive, and results-driven approach to getting fit! He can be easily be a mind wellness coach also. God bless.

Thank you to his guidance i have lost 8.5kgs and built strength in safe and sustainable way. His friendly approach makes every session a joy and he never fails to make me feel supported. Maniks patience and excellent knowledge in nutrition, his wonderful mk fitness app,working on machines, cardio,protein shakes, fat burner,enjoying eating out, how important rest days are for our body and mind are all important factors for our wellbeing. I’ve always struggled with gym anxiety, but working with Manik has completely changed that. From day one, he made me feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
