I took my first class at the beginning of the year and haven't looked back since I love that you can get a good sweat in while also enjoying Pilates-only classes—it's the perfect mix of workouts throughout the week. The instructors are all super friendly and helpful! If you love reformer Pilates but want a little something extra, I highly recommend trying it out ✨

I’ve been going to Strong Pilates for over a year now and will never change! As a previous gym junkie i’ve been completely transformed to pilates. After always injuring myself at the gym i find Strong Pilates is the perfect place for conditioning and stenght training. With amazing instructors always watching your form and different classes targeting specific areas of your body i’ve never seen better results before!! You will be hooked! 10/10

Excellent workouts and super nice, clean facilities. This has been my first experience working out in a group training setting (this always slightly intimidated me), but the instructors are so friendly here and the classes are so enjoyable, time flies by! Strong really provides a great full body workout, would definitely recommend.

I've been attending classes at the Victoria Park studio since the opening and I couldn't be more impressed. The studio is clean, spacious and well equipped. The instructors are professional and attentive, ensuring everyone is using correct form and technique. They offer different classes every day that are suitable for every level, beginners and advanced. What distinguish this studio from others is the focus on individual progress, despite being in a group I always feel like I'm getting private sessions, instructors are constantly providing constructive feedback. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, I feel stronger and more flexible. Strong Pilates is highly recommended.

I took a Strong pilates class with Kish today. She gave great instructions, was warm and inviting and provided a great full body pilates workout. The studio was clean and carried the Strong esthetic. I have done a few Strong class in Toronto and NZ and have always found the classes effective in just 45 min. Highly recommend the Strong workout classes if you want to test your mind and body.

I love STRONG Pilates classes at Victoria park! Super convenient and lots of time slots to choose from. The 5:55 class is my favourite, it means I get to go before work, jump in the shower at the studio, where they offer towels, GHD hair dryers and straighteners… and be ready for the day, all before 7am ! The instructors are always highly motivating and encouraging, they always have the time to help you improve technique. I’m really happy I found the studio and would highly recommend!
