I sincerely appreciate the professional team at this dental clinic. The dentist Wendy is highly skilled, gentle, and attentive, always taking the time to explain each step clearly, which makes the whole experience reassuring and comfortable. The clinic staff are also incredibly friendly and courteous—from the front desk,every detail reflects warmth, efficiency, and genuine care for the patients.

Had a consultation with Dr. Michael Zhuo who was incredibly dismissive and indifferent. The consultation was in regards to a wisdom tooth extraction and none of his responses to our questions were helpful.
Vague answers, very little actual inspection of my teeth and no estimates on pricing until prompted multiple times.
For a procedure that would cost upward of $1,000 you would expect better insights and service.

I had 3 implants fitted here by AJ. My wife also had one implant fitted. Excellent work. No problems whatsoever. No need to go overseas when you can just hop over the bridge to get the work done at great prices.
I chose Northmed from several other dentists for the treatment. Several reasons, but the main ones were convenience, the price (of course), but most importantly, after the initial consultation by AJ, I had the feeling that the team knew their profession very well, and I was confident they would do a great job. I was not dissappointed.
Northmed is now my regular dentist, with top class work from Dima, who fitted a crown.

I would like to thank the amazing team at Northmed Dental, for the service that they provided in my visit to their clinic earlier this month. I am not resident in New Zealand, and had a crown break off while on holiday. The amazing staff at Northmed Dental were able to allocate me an appointment for the next day, and Dr. Wang performed a new composite filling (as the broken one that I had retained wasn't suitable for reattachment). The quality of the work done is impeccable, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the treatment process.

Our whole family is a loyal customer of this clinic. Before our friend introduced AJ to us, we had tried no less than 10 other dental clinics. Finally, we found that AJ is a dentist with excellent medical skills, very serious and responsible. The charges are also very reasonable, I strongly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Could not recommend Northmed Dental highly enough! Have been coming here for the last couple of years and they have been amazing, had my wisdom teeth removed and more recently a deep clean by the brilliant Jin a few weeks ago. The quality of their work is impeccable! Best experience I've had at a dentist and will be coming for years to come! Thanks again guys
