I had two cysts removed from my back today and have been extremely impressed by the care I’ve received throughout the entire process. From my first skin check appointment to today’s procedure, Dr. Andrew MacGill has been outstanding. He has a warm, caring, and compassionate manner that immediately puts you at ease.
Nurse Tracey was also absolutely lovely - kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed about managing my wounds. Pauline at the front desk is a gem - so friendly and welcoming.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience. I felt genuinely cared for by a professional and compassionate team. Highly recommend Skin Check Clinic.

I have recently switched from another mole check clinic, and really noticed the difference. Dr Peter Ou was incredible with my skin cancer-related anxieties and took the time to talk me through it and understand my anxiety around it further. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully and in a way I could understand. He made me feel comfortable the whole time, checked everything thoroughly and explained why certain things look the way they do etc. I feel so safe knowing I will be with the Skin Check Clinic from now on. I’ve had to use the services at Skin Check a number of times over the last couple of months for treatment of a melanoma. Right from the first experience booking a consult, to the process of the surgery, to the nurses care afterwards has been outstanding . I was really nervous about the experience, but the team at Skin Check helped make me as relaxed as possible. Outstanding clinic with lovely people.

Massive thanks to Andrew, Chris, Rachael, Sharlene and all the awesome crew at Skin Check. I have health anxiety esp around skin and I've only been meet with unwavering compassion, care and dignity. I always feel embarrassed at being fearful but the Skin Check crew me always welcome me warmly and make me feel better. They always goes the extra mile and are 100% invested in our care and welfare because they genuinely care. Thank you Skin Care for taking such good care of me and my family ❣️

Dr Michael did an absolutely amazing job and is truely a master when it comes to invisible stitches and beautiful mending (no black bunny eared sutures at 5mm intervals there). He and the lovely nurse Ryn were really kind, friendly and gentle and made our time under their care a 10/10 experience. They also explained things to us in a clear and simple way. We highly recommend them. Thank you very much team Skin Check!
