I’ve been going to Triumph Physio in Mt Wellington for my tennis elbow, and I honestly can’t thank Max and Zach enough. Max does my acupuncture and has been super patient and gentle - it’s really helped with the pain. Zach’s my physio and he’s been great at guiding me through each stage of recovery, explaining things clearly and making sure I’m doing the right exercises. They’ve both been really supportive and made the whole process a lot easier. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for genuine care and great results!
