Came in for heel pain which I thought might be related to plantar fasciitis. This was confirmed and treatment options were discussed. All questions were answered and fees clearly stated. Very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant as well as professional. Discussed some skin & nail health issues as well and they assisted in scheduling another appointment specifically for those issues with another specialist in the same office. Very good experience across all aspects. Virtually no wait. Came in for the above referenced skin & nail consultation and appointment. Lauren addressed all of my concerns individually and thoroughly and verified that my feet were in as good shape as they can be given my age and disability. She gave tips and ideas on how to care for my feet between appointments and scheduled a follow up maintenance appointment as well. Staff and practitioners are always welcoming and professional on every visit and they make sure to clearly explain everything each time. Well worth the time and effort.

I have seen Dr James Baxter previously but not for many years. I felt I was listened to and Dr Baxter explained the reasoning behind his course of treatment after examining my feet. The instructions for free parking were very clear with the document that was emailed to confirm my appointment. Very happy with the service of both Dr Baxter and also the reception staff, thank you.

A lady called Michelle answered the phone and was very unpleasant. I was cancelling an appointment because I was told one price over the phone for laser treatment and a completely different one by the podiatrist. Michelle was abrupt and arrogant. She said that it’s excellent that I’m cancelling. Didn’t seem to be bothered by the issue at hand, no apology or an attempt to clarify or save the situation. Her behaviour left me rather confused… certainly not keen to go back there…
