The movie was nice. Went to watch Lilo & Stitch. Bought a stitch blanket from here. The lazy boy chair was nice. It was very comfortable. Customer service was nice. They were very talkative. You can buy alcohol from here. Looks clean and tidy. There's a small arcade game for kids to enjoy here while waiting.

Loved the reclining chairs! So much more enjoyable to find a seat position that is comfortable. Staff were ok. Maybe a little bored with the lack of people there Appeared clean and well maintained

Today, I lost my visa card and another important card that slipped under the seat. It was very hard to pull it out, i asked an employee where I could get help, knowing she was busy, so I only asked where to go for assistance. Unfortunately, she told me to go to the next line and didn’t offer help. In the end, I had to struggle on my own to pull it out from under the seat, and my hand got scratched. There was no one at the information desk either. It was a very frustrating experience, and I hope the staff can be more attentive in the future.

Bathrooms were so dirty and clearly not cleaned in a while. Leather peeling from seats. Staff are friendly but the complex needs an upgrade if you want people to come. Even the low customer type seats in the lobby are old and look out of place. Not comfortable for elder people either.

The D box seats were so cool!!! We had never experienced them before, and they are motion seats so it added to the experience of the movie and made it more realistic

HOYTS Wairau has one of the best young teams I’ve ever seen! From ticketing to the snack counter, everyone is super friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they enjoy their work, which makes the whole experience even better.
