A TV salesperson, whom I shall not name, really tried convincing me to ditch the 4 year warranty a competitor had offered me, to instead go with JB’s 2.5 years: something about not really needing extra warranty protection. I’m sure other customers appreciate not being treated like idiots too. Also, another TV salesperson was totally clueless about critical details on the products and was very confidently wrong on the others.

Had a great experience at Albany store! Ruby was super helpful and patient the whole time while I was choosing my turntable and speaker. She took the time to answer all my questions and event got her manager's approval to open a package so I could check the finish of the turntable. The manager was also very friendly. Really appreicated their services, and i'm super happy with my new set up.

I don't usually write reviews but I think this is needed for the Oura Rings. JB Hi-FI has exclusive rights to sell these so if you want one you have to order it through them. 10 days after ordering I chased them up as I had heard nothing. All of a sudden I get a "Your order is on the way" Eta 5 September!!!! that would be almost 3 months for me to recieve what I ordered. Who would think that is acceptable. I will be cancelling this and going elsewhere thank you very much for nothing.

Excellent service and attention to detail. The team are hungry to help you out and offer you the best deal. Love-Preet (hopefully spelt correctly) helped us out to pick an 86 inch LG TV today. All questions were answered, and if he didn’t know the answer he found it out for us I.e. weight, width, industry comparison and connectivity. Great service, best price. Will definitely shop here again with Love-Preet.
