There are trainers who teach a class, and then there are trainers who transform it — Jake is definitely the latter 🙂 Ever since I started going to his spin classes (The Trip) I even tried his BodyPump class once!, I find myself genuinely looking forward to every session. His energy is uplifting, his words are motivating, and his presence is powerful. No matter how tough the ride gets, you’ll push through — and actually enjoy it. Truly the best part of my week! Thank you, Jake, for bringing your energy and inspiration every time!

As a long term member (>5 years) this is a very clean and well equipped gym. Friendly staff. Rarely crowded. Almost always enough weights, benches and racks available (also heaps of cardio machines.)

The gym is always extremely clean, it has a very pleasant space and flow of people. In front of the subway station then it's perfect. A good schedule of group classes and mostly good devices, but the adductor and abductor chairs are greatly missed. They could review this investment…
