I was given a voucher to use the hot/cold plunge and sauna and really enjoyed my experience. Staff were super helpful explaining everything. I was a bit nervous about the cold plunge but it was awesome (once you push through the initial shock). I felt super refreshed and energised afterwards. Facilities are great and it’s a really good set up. Highly recommend as a nice treat to self or a gift. I’ll be coming back whenever I feel like I need a reset.

We came in as a group of 10 as part of a recovery session for our football club and absolutely loved it. Charlie is really knowledgeable and helpful, we split into groups and took turns using the spa + cold pool, sauna & compression boots. It was a great team bonding experience! Highly recommend

Our whole football team came for a session at limitless recovery. Charlie was amazing and welcoming, and the facilities were very spacious and impressive. Not only did we leave feeling relaxed and recovered, but we had a great team bonding experience. I would highly recommend going and having a plunge and getting some compression done

I came on the first day of opening, And I had to admit they have a really good set up, Also everything is new clean very well organised. The ice bath was hard to get in but after a min it numbed my body after 5 to 10 minutes I never felt so good. All in all I recommend this place to anyone with sports injuries, mental health, stress, anxiety, or even a bad back.
