My husband and I would like to say a big thank to Jay! Today We lost our car key and don't have any spear one. When we call Lock Smart Jay was the one picked up the call. We told him the the problem and within 20 minutes he manged to meet us. And he did a phonaminal job. He was kind and super understanding and he did manged to do his work even when there was rain. I did not require a call out, but i called this morning to see if Locksmart could help and the gentleman i spoke to was still very helpful. He could have easily just sent someone out and took my money knowing that it was unlikely an immobilizer issue. Instead, he was honest and gave an alternate option to which I'll use as a starting point and go from there. Honesty goes a long way! Thank you!

BMW guys this place is it for a key replacement!! I would like to say huge thanks to Jonathan! I needed a spare key for my BMW F series, job done perfectly and he even upgraded my key style to a newer version that I always wanted to have (blade stlye).
