Amos Detailing did a fantastic job applying a Newcoat Graphene coating to my Landrover Discovery. The amount of effort that went into the preparation of the surface before applying the coating really shines through in the final product. A few months later now and the coating does an excellent job of protecting the paint and making it a lot easier to keep clean. It’s amazing to see how quickly the water beads off in heavy rain. I have been back again recently and the team at Amos go above and beyond to make your car look as good as it possibly can. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I came in yesterday to get the Winter Special after speaking to them both via phone and email as I want to sell my car. As soon as I arrived I was told that shampooing my seats would be extra, I questioned this because it says it is included in the special. The man said my car was “too dirty” to be cleaned, I thought this was odd because you are car cleaners and my car is not dirty at all, no rubbish lying around or anything, just needed some love to be sold. He said it would upwards of 5 hours to clean so I asked for him to just do the winter special with no extras which he refused. Decided to go somewhere else and they were awesome and cheaper.

Would not recommend here, especially if you are a young female as they will try to pressure you into doing extra services and his attitude made me very uncomfortable. Felt like he hated me from the second I pulled up.

I had stubborn artillery fungus on the roof of my car and Raj and his team were able remove it within 2 hours. My car looks brand new! Will be back ☺️

Be very careful using this crowd. Took my ranger in for a detail, it came out looking like back yard bob done the cleaning job. Didn’t even put the windows down to clean the top of the windows. Whatever dodgy cleaning product was used, done $770 damage to my signage, and just to top the damage off, they broke my drivers side weather shield that blew off on the motorway 5mins after picking up Ute. Over $950 worth of damage, but they did offer a free clean when I told them. Expectedly, when we took the Ute back for the free clean, was told after dropping Ute off that all Raj would do is a 270 budget clean. Caprice valet, half arsed cleaning job that could cost you even more in repairs.

I know you guys want: a few weeks later review, and here is it. After a few weeks, my car is still on the same condition as the first day I took back my car. Now a days, it rains everyday and I could see the water slip show every time. It makes my car just different than those same 13 years old gti. The colour became richer, reflection even stronger. Feel like having new car everyday. I had a cut&polish and ceramic coating.

Called last minute and got an appointment within the hour. Car ready for me to pick up 3 hours later exactly as promised. Super friendly, accommodating and no fuss.

Absolutely love my graphene coat on my car! So easy to clean, just hose it down. I watched a bird poop slide down off the boot leaving no residue at all. When I drive there is almost no need for the wipers because the water just runs off the windscreen and car. No pictures will do this job justice as my car is so shiny and is soft to the touch. Excellent products in the detailing kit. I enjoy cleaning my car now. So quick and easy. Staff are excellent to work work. Overall very happy with my experience with Newcoat international!

Newcoat have truly made my older car look like she’s at least 10yrs younger! Call it a vehicle facial if you will. Super-fast and easy to clean 2 weeks later just by wiping it down with Newcoat waterless wash. It holds the same shine while doing my bit towards the environment. It has not only kept my car looking immaculate, the paint job shines whether it’s sunny or rainy! Amazing result and totally worth the spend.

After being advised not to purchase a new vehicle in Black. I decided to get Newcoat International applied to help keep the car sparkly clean.

The shine on the vehicle is immaculate and has stayed immaculate! There is absolutely no water spots or dirt even after an immense amount of driving. Everything seems to just wash off in the rain.

I also got the full cleaning kit (all of which work really well and I would highly recommend getting).

However the waterless spray is my favourite, for both inside and out. I usually use this when it hasn’t rained in a while and the car has collected dust from the gravel roads. It is SO easy to use, literally just need to spray the product direct on the car and use the mircrofiber cloth to wipe it off – works a charm every time. No hose needed!

I highly advise getting Newcoat to not only protect the paint but keep your car consistently looking shiny & clean! ✨

Booked him in at a short notice and he did not dissappoint. My car has puke stain and smells horrible. I got a full interior detail and engine bay clean of my 80 series Land Cruiser. Once he arrived he discovered mould as the vehicle had been sitting in a a garage for a while, we arranged a new date/time with better equipment to tackle the job. The whole process was extremely painless even with the unexpected hiccups, great result and it was a pleasure doing business with him, even though I’ve only just realised I didn’t get a name

Fantastic service, my car looks better than when I bought it! Can’t believe the shine that’s come up on it. Previously the car body was covered in grime and algae, and there’s not a speck on it now. I opted for the pre-sale detailing package and will definitely be using AMCC again for when my campervan is due its yearly deep clean!

Took my SUV for an interior detailing and was super happy with how it turned out. They really listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile. The interior looked awesome, super clean and fresh. I had a very disappointing experience with Rub A Dub car valet company. From the beginning, the service was not what was advertised. What was promised as a professional and convenient service turned out to be the complete opposite.

Ray, who I dealt with directly, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Not only was his attitude dismissive and unhelpful, but he also made the experience uncomfortable with his tone and lack of basic customer service.

To make matters worse, the service itself fell far below expectations. The communication was poor,. It felt like false advertising—what was promoted was simply not delivered.

I would not recommend this company and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future

I paid for the KING VALET & LEATHER SEATS WIPED and Conditioned. The service provided for the $84 king Valet was terrible. They obviously missed the windows in the back of the car and breadcrumbs in back seats and front of car. Doors and windows still had sudges on them. Leather seats wiped and conditioned for $60. Seats were partly conditioned. They skipped some parts and forgot to wipe down other parts. Very careless work from whoever did my car.
I pointed this out to one of their staff. He did apologize and took the car back. Unfortunately after returning with it, I did another check and still found breadcrumbs in between the seat belt clips locations and areas not wiped.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone because a $145 later, I was a very unsatisfied and disappointed customer. It was my first time and unfortunately it will be my last.

Really the worst car wash I have been to. I came here a year ago and they did a good job. This time I came here and the new owner , a middle eastern guy was despicably rude to me. The first instance when I walked in, I asked for an interior and exterior clean and he immediately tried to get me to book the most expensive package on the list and spoke to me like I was really stupid. I took the $55 dollar package on the poster. When my car came out the wheels were still dirty and rubbish was still not thrown out. I asked why were the rubbish not cleared, he said it should be thrown on the floor board then it’s called rubbish. I had tissue paper on my door handles, and that was not considered rubbish as he gave some lame excuse saying , there might be jewellery in the tissue, that’s why it was not thrown. I expected my car exterior to be spotless, but there were still water spots, my car wheels were still dirty inside, and the leaves were not cleaned inside my hood. He also said my car was really dirty! Well, isn’t that the reason why people spend so much to bring it to a proper car wash to get it spotless!!! I might as well got to Wash World or Wash Depot and wash the car myself if I wanted it this way!! When i pointed this out to the middle eastern guy, he began shouting and screaming at me, like i didn’t understand the package that was taken, and he made me feel really stupid. I will definitely take this further to the higher authorities. I felt intimidated when the guy screamed at me like it was all my fault and I’m really stupid for not understanding the package that was chosen!

Terrible service. I paid for a King Valet and specifically asked not to have the boot cleaned (as it has sports gear, boxes etc in it). When the car came out after it’s service the boot had been cleaned (not a problem at all) and my stuff rearranged (also not a biggie). However, one of the top panels on the ceiling of my boot had been popped out and not fixed. I tried to fix this myself on the spot but had no luck so asked the main attendant for his assistance. When I showed him the damage he immediately exclaimed “we didn’t do that, it was already like that”. I responded that it was not like that before to which he laughed and replied “we had nothing to do with that, thats not part of our service”. Terrible, terrible response. Simply make an attempt to help or ask the team what had happened rather than aggressively denying accountability. I won’t be returning here and would advise not using their services as I don’t trust they would take any accountability for damaging your car.

worst service i have ever been delt. open boot to be told they do not wipe down the inside of the boot lid this is not part of the service manager says to me that is why they are so cheap they do a cheap service other wise i must take it else where for better service. carpets not vacuumed properly again i am told they are a cheap service. $115 to me is not a cheap service for wash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. They somehow managed to bend my left wing mirror the wrong way, and I’m guessing they just tried to force it back into position (nothing was mentioned about the mirror when they gave me back my keys).
Unfortunately I didn’t notice that the position seemed off at first. When I did notice as I was driving, I closed the mirrors using the button on the door, and then reopened them. The left mirror extended all the way out and then some, so that it was facing away from the car.
When I got home, I turned off the car and held down the key’s lock button to close the mirrors. Once the left mirror had fully closed, the electronic closing sound kept going as if it was trying to close more, then made a crunching sound and the plastic popped out of place and won’t go back together. I’ll need to take it apart to HOPEFULLY be able to fix it.
I should have gone back to them as soon as I noticed something was wrong, but after reading other reviews that describe the appalling responses they give to such complaints, I’m glad I didn’t.
I wouldn’t of bothered leaving a review if it wasn’t for the damage, but it’s worth noting that the exterior cleaning job was also extremely poor and the inside of my car smelt of body odour when I got back in it. Avoid this place like the plague.

The team at Vela Auto Detailing did not disappoint. They have delivered exceptional service and outstanding results. The VIP package is primo! Also, it’s worth mentioning that the owner, Manolet, is an expert in the industry and went over and beyond than what was expected. Couldn’t speak highly enough of their services.
