I absolutely love and look forward to my sessions at movement Pilates every week. It’s such a relaxing and calm environment where I feel welcomed every time. The classes always run so smoothly and each week they’re different which keeps me excited and challenged every class. Tash is the instructor at most of the classes I attend and I absolutely love her coaching. Thanks team ☺️

Fav Pilates studio! Shan & the team make each class fun, exciting & challenging. They’re all super helpful if you need a modification, or if you need more springs to increase the burn. If you’re not from the area definitely worth the drive to check out this studio ♥️
