My partner and I recently purchased a sofa from the Nick Scali showroom in Wairau Park, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we walked into the store, the service we received was truly awesome. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we explored the different options. They offered excellent advice without being pushy, which made the decision-making process enjoyable and stress-free. Now that our new sofa has arrived, we are absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is outstanding – it's comfortable, stylish, and feels incredibly well-made. It has quickly become the centrepiece of our living room, and we've already received so many compliments on it. We highly recommend Nick Scali in Wairau Park to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. It was a 10/10 experience for us, from the showroom to our living room. We will definitely be returning for any future furniture needs.

What they don’t tell you: The wait for a sofa is very long, 12-14 weeks, 3 whole months, you are left with lots of rubbish to take away. Sofa will have a strong chemical smell for about a month. You need to use up a whole day Annual Leave for your sofa as the delivery will not work around your schedule or be flexible with you. Overall happy with sofa once smell has gone

I recently bought a sofa from the showroom and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Be warned. Anything they say about delivery will be to induce you into a sale. We bought furniture in Jan, told delivery would be April, then May, then June 16th, then 23rd of June. We called the team to request a delivery date for the 11th of July because we’d be away. They confirmed. Then on the 23rd of June we get a text message to say they were 6 minutes away. We scrambled and got a neighbour to help, then they slapped us with a hefty delivery fee without taking any accountability. Overall, the service is shocking. They also went through a lot of staff during the delayed delivery period and no one really knew what was going on. Wouldn’t be surprised to read that they’re going into receivership one day soon. Recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Shopping for furniture at Nick Scali is a pleasure from start to finish. The sales staff were super helpful with style and colour choices and financing options and when our couch arrived it was delivered professionally, and carefully. The product itself is ultra high quality and exactly what we wanted, couldn’t be happier!

Needed some new furniture for the new house and Katie from the team was super helpful giving us options and different alternatives for items we were looking for and gave genuine advice. She was also great to communicate with in changing delivery dates and throughout the whole process. Thanks Kate and the team!

We had such fun choosing our new lounge suite…made even better that there was a sale! We were excited to take delivery of the suite, which arrived on time as advised, and expertly delivered and assembled. Very pleased with our purchase and it looks amazing…almost too good to sit on!
