Having been to different kinds of clinics for various medical reasons, I can say that NZ Skin Health gives the best level of service. The ladies who have conducted my skin checks at various times had been very kind and showed topnotch professionalism. They explained the procedures and observations very well and accommodated questions to ease an anxious client like me.

I was a bit apprehensive about having my skin and moles checked but the team at the NZ Skin Health made me really relaxed and comfortable. They took the time to fully explain what they were doing and what they were looking for. Throughout the examination, they kept me fully appraised of the situation and what they were about to do next. The staff were extremely professional and polite and the whole experience was a breeze. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who needs to have their skin checked.

I went to NZ Skin Health to get a mole check. Hands down the best service I have received - professional yet friendly. Staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to address all my concerns. I had a mole mapping done by Stacey at NZ Skin Health. She was very knowledgable, and professional. I felt comfortable the entire time. I was given home care advice around looking after my skin in the years to come to prevent further damage as well as what to look out for. Lots of skin cancer prevention information was given that I had no idea about, so thanks very much!

Had my Molemap done by these guys instead of my regular outfit, and found them to be far more professional, experienced, and thorough. Everything they were looking at was blown up live on the big screen so I could understand and be educated as they went through the skin inspection, and I felt really empowered to keep an eye on things myself better between visits. The online booking process was simple and well organized, and I'll be back again for my next checkup. The fact that if they found any skin cancer they could quickly remove it at the same clinic, was really reassuring despite not needing anything this time 🙂
