I had an amazing experience with NZ Van Lines, thanks to Julius, Rob, and Mike! Despite the GPS leading them astray, the team was incredibly patient and coordinated with me over the phone to get back on track. We also faced a challenge when the trailer truck couldn’t fit down my driveway, but their positivity and professionalism truly stood out. They calmly rearranged everything, brought a company van to reload my belongings, and ensured everything was safely delivered to my home. I felt bad about the hiccups and the extra effort required, but not once did they show any frustration. Instead, they were friendly, kind, and reassuring throughout. The Delivery Team - Julius, Rob & James: they are friendly and very attentive to their job. They knew that I am in a rush, and they did all they can to finish the job as soon as possible. They were helpful in putting my stuff to the designated area and were careful to my stuff. I would recommend NZ Van Lines for any moving purposes.
