I recently purchased a dining table made from Cuba ash wood from Oak furniture, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. We ordered an TV unit and were very disappointed with the quality. The drawers were not aligned and there was chipping on the edges. We expressed our concerns to Oak Furniture Store and were not offered a repair, replacement or refund. Be very wary when purchasing from them as they only suggested we try to sell the faulty item locally or return to them for a 15% admin fee + shipping. Would not recommend and would never purchase from them again as they did not adhere to Consumer Rights in this case. UPDATE: They do not allow negative review on their product website. I have attempted to leave a review twice and it has been deleted.
