My go-to place for all my personal and business tech supplies. On average, it's always been a great experience. One point, find someone with both the technical knowledge you require and focus on providing advice instead of a quick sale. I have found of late that it's worth doing a price comparison. Surprisingly, I have found much getter deals elsewhere for the same model and product.

Absolutely stunning. A young gentleman Jason was Supa knowledgeable and far more patient with customer. That was one of a greatest experience in retail. Love it and strongly recommend to others!!

While yes, I did get what I wanted and price matched, the female till staff were outnumbered 4:1 with customers queuing while multiple MEN wandered around the shop floor in their orange shirts, ignoring the till area. The one guy who did come to the tills after finishing with his one-on-one customer took some time to confirm that yes, I'd been handed the wrong paper for the printer (Fuji instead of Canon) so my 5 minutes drop in became 25. I should be charging you for my wasted time.

Decent range, but TERRIBLE customer service. The staff spend a great deal of time chatting to one another, while (in this instance, today) I spent a good fifteen minutes wandering around the store without being approached. And no, it wasn't busy. Gave up in the end and left.

Couldn't use my 250$ store credit because the excuse the staff came up with was the finance team was away come back tuesday. Why cant i use it online? Why does there need to be a finance team so i can use my store credit.

Called in specifically so i didnt waste time returning something to another branch. On the phone they told me i can return my item to any PB Tech and they'll issue a refund. So i went in penrose. What do ya know....they cant issue a refund as i never bought it from their store. Well that would have helped if you told me the first time on the phone
