Our electric/gas oven needed repairing as the fan was very noisy. S B Appliances were quick to come and assess what was wrong; the cooling fan needed replacing. They returned several days later with a replacement from the manufacturer and fitted. Quick efficient service at a realistic price. The technicians were respectful and the job done in a clean and tidy manner. Would use again.

25.02.25: Technician for my refrigerator arrived within the 2 hours & completed the work within 30mins as the motor needed replacing. He had the part on site which was great as we hadn't had the top part of refrigerator working for 4 days. Paid by EFTPOS. Efficient & well worth the wait as they were fully booked out when I phoned. Will definitely be using them again & recommending to others. Thanks for your professional service from start to finish.

First class service. The lady on the phone at reception was extremely helpful in talking us through the process and the technician, Amar, that visited our house was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The fact that our repair took place over the Christmas period made no difference whatsoever to our wait times or installation dates. Would 100% recommend SB and would use again in a heartbeat to service our own appliances.
