Second time of have used Armstrongs. Both occasions the service was lacking. This job involved dropping a lock off with 24hrs to come back to me as the lock needed to be refitted. Left my number etc and was told no problem. No response in 3 days. Phoned them on the 4th day. Was told the boss was working on it and would call me back at lunchtime. Nothing. 3 days later I went to see them. The lock was under the front counter and I was told it was a bit different and they could do nothing for me. Took the lock 10 minutes up the road to City Locksmith Newmarket. $64 and 45 minutes later and the lock was fixed. Armstrongs big on talk, low on delivery. My experience twice now. So I am very unlikely to recommend the. Thanks City Locksmiths you rock.

Have just received the best service and help for a long, long time. The guy came out to my car and not only was able to cut me a couple of obscure replacement keys, provided some help to resolve a problem with the latch on the car door. And it got better - the 2 x keys were only $20. Very happy customer. Thanks guys!
