What a fun and ecletic place. The staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful. I was delighted to find a particular cookbook i had been searching for online and in Chch. After 3 days op shopping with my bestie in Akl and 23 op shops later, we visited J&D on the way to airport not really expecting to make purchases and there it was!!!!! So happy. My friend found some wee treasures too. She regrets the massive framed John Wayne poster would fit in her hand luggage! Highly recommend even if for an interesting peruse.

Literally just a big collection of junk. Some of it is pretty neat, but overpriced iirc. If you like that sort of thing. I think they should turn it into a waterpark or something though.

Great second hand shop. It's name says it all. A huge variety of bits and pieces and well worth the visit. I even got to meet the famous Adam.

Love this place. Lots of variety and different things found. Its large, interesting, nice owners, fair prices, easy parking and open and airy with lots of space to wander and peruse. Good coffee also.
