My wife and daughters really like this retail shop! Staff are help and friendly too. They have a fantastic layout and ample lightings. On top that my girls will buy heaps of trendy clothing and fashion accessories here! Cheers and thanks for giving us a great shopping experience!

Love Glassons all their clothes are great quality with reasonable price This store is very convenient as it’s right in the middle of the city.

One of the staff members dropped a very heavy metal rod onto my leg which left a bruise. Luckily it did not land on my abdomen as I am nearly full term. Although she did apologise, she did not bother asking if I was okay. I would have definitely made a big complaint if it landed on my unborn baby. Please train your staff properly in handling heavy equipment around the store during opening hours.

i had such lovely service from the girl with red hair and the piercings, she helped style me and got my all the sizes i needed!! 5 stars to this employee, store needed a touch of cleaning but it was busy so i can u understand why! ☺️

I will admit the pricing is really affordable on their clothing range but even for that price the quality isn’t the greatest. The stitching on a recycled material skirt I had bought started coming off within 2 weeks and I had worn it only twice. The sizing was on the larger side so it wasn’t because it was too tight or something, just the lousy quality. I gave 3 stars for the service personnel here who are friendly without being intrusive and are willing to help. Hope they work on improving the quality as some of their stuff looks really cute & I would love to buy more from them as the price range is definitely something one can’t complain about.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I need to leave one here as the customer service was appalling. The girl in the cloak room was very rude and kept shouting at customers to put their tags away. I left the stall and returned all my clothes for her to say, "sorry but you will need to hang all of those to make it easier for me." Isn’t that literally part of your job as a retail assistant? I didn’t hesitate and went back and spent 5 mins hanging up the pieces to the best of my ability but there was one lacy dress I struggled with so I told her I couldn’t and apologised. She looked at me and said, "You couldn’t?" as if she was in disbelief. Just a really bizarre and weird experience this time. Usually I like window shopping here but that girl put me off.
