Really disappointed with the service I received at Noel Leeming St Lukes. The sales staff didn’t seem to know much about the products and were clearly more interested in pushing a sale than actually helping me find the right item. I ended up buying something based on their recommendation, only to realise later it wasn’t the right fit for my needs.
I had to go out of my way to visit the New Lynn store, where thankfully the staff were much more knowledgeable and actually took the time to help me properly. It’s a shame the service at St Lukes didn’t match the same standard.

Big shout out to Soumi and all staff at St Lukes branch. My wife and I have bought a lot of products over the years and we have enjoyed great service and good prices always. Highly recommended

I have been very impressed by the service from Noel Leeming’s St. Lukes Mega Centre, especially the great assistance I have had from Soumi. Despatches and shipments have been prompt. I’ve also been equally impressed by the Technical Solutions specialists with the delivery and installation of a number of devices in my home.

The horrendous customer service I experienced at Warehouse St Lukes is being practiced religiously across all the other Warehouse Group stores like Noel Leeming. Countless times I've had nobody approach me for assistance despite at least half a dozen staff roaming the store. And the times I've done click and collect it's taken an eternity to fetch the item from the backroom. I really don't care about customer service usually if I can get in and out promptly, but this store deserves an award for attaining an all time low standard for customer service.

I want to give this store ZERO....NO STAR at all. Worse customer service as the staff are just so lazy, no manners, no skills... Just chatting among themselves...yap yap yap. They dont approach to assist customers. They flock around the appliances area as the MANAGER seems to be in charge of these unprofessional attitude if the staff. All negative comments on here...wait till your store close. MORONS.

Pretty poor customer service at this store. The store was empty with the staff standing around, pointedly ignoring you. I had to walk to them three times to request help. Their help was to tell me the phone I wanted was out of stock in their shop without telling me where stock may be. For a mega store surely more professional, and proactive trained staff are needed, especially in weekends.

I came to the store for the help of my tv my tv setting was changed and just wanted some help of a technician to look for my tv settings so i talked to Andre a very lovely man and he send parth to setup and check the setting he solve the issue and i am very grateful for solving my tv problem i would love to come to store again.
