Came here to look at the 16 inch MacBook Pro. Unfortunately both the 16 inch and the 14 inch were downloading a demo update and the progress was so slow, I couldn’t even see the bar move one pixel. Then the 15 inch MacBook Air needed a password. I asked the staff for help but they didn’t even know the password and weren’t really helpful. Another person came but he also left because no one was really bothering the help with the computers. I left as well because since the computers weren’t working I couldn’t do anything. It was a bit of a disappointing experience when I had previously bought something here and everything had gone well.

Not impressed with their "re stocking fee". I accidentally bought the wrong product and brought it back for a store credit or refund. The box had been opened but only the seal broken, otherwise in perfect condition and unused. They charged me 20% restocking fee. The purchase price was $803.85 so they charged me $160.77 to put a new seal on the box! I took the refund instead of store credit as I felt ripped off. I would have been fine with a lesser restocking fee but $160.77 is exorbitant and totally unreasonable. I won’t shop at PB tech anymore as it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Had such a great experience with Alec Chen who helped me and my aunt out with advice on how to increase storage on her older small phone which she loves. Didn’t try and sell a new phone just talked through - extremely patiently, kindly and respectfully- the best option for her situation. Will always go to PB Tech for great advice and customer care. Bought a insta 360 X4. Lens wasn't sealed properly which was fine but brought back to get fixed under warranty. Was told it'd take 2-3 weeks. Has now been 3 weeks and I am going on holiday and really wanted to have it (lens fixed or not, for scuba). E-mailed customer support last weekend and called the store everyday to try and get some info. Absolutely no reply, no communication. Terrible service, terrible communication.

I bought some expensive headphones from these guys online. I wasn’t happy with the product but when I tried to return them they told me there would be a 20% fee as if damaged the box. The box had already been opened prior to me getting them. I even contacted Sennheiser who told me all products are sealed and wrapped prior to leaving the factory. The product I received was definitely not that. I spent weeks trying to communicate with their customer support team who ignored me and would not answer my questions. A really terrible consumer experience. I was a regular customer but not anymore.
