I am very disappointed by the bouquet of flowers I ordered before 9.30 from Wild Bunch florists yesterday for a friend’s birthday today. I requested a bouquet of flowers in the pastel range as seen on their website and paid $120.00 which was more than the cost shown on their website plus $18.00 delivery. Whilst the bouquet arrived in the requested timeframe it was in my view, extremely disappointing and nothing like the photos portrayed on your website. The predominant flower in this bouquet was daisies!!!! I would not use this company again.

Arranged for self pick up. Missed my order for valentine’s day. I was already in a rush to work, and was relying on public transport. Was asked to wait while they made my order on the spot. This was fine. However because I was really in a rush and was not able wait, I requested whether the order can be delivered instead. To New Lynn Auckland (not outside of Auckland or any other places that are far away). However, was told that it cannot be done. Then now I have to find a way to make a trip to shop again before the close of business just to get the flowers. For the occasion today. In many instances other businesses may offer to deliver out of goodwill/inconvenience but nope. Not this one. Fairly disappointed.

My partner bought me a rose bouquet from Wild Poppies for Valentine’s Day and I was very disappointed with the roses. The roses didn’t look fresh since we picked up and then the petals started falling as soon as we opened the bouquet. I used to receive different bouquet roses in the past and it lasted over 1 month. Below was the photo 3 days after we received the roses. I put the roses straight in water on the same day receiving the bouquet. Very disappointed and it was a waste of money. I will never recommend.

my husband got me a bouquet for our anniversary, the flowers came already half wilted and looking sad, I emailed them about it which they said it is sometimes out of their control when the courier provider doesn’t keep up their end of the bargin. the flowers clearly weren’t fresh, but according to them it was damaged by the courier. I was given a partial refund on a gift card, which I thought I’ll give them a second chance.
I specifically rang them for my second order, wanting a Pastel Pink bouquet with no greeneries for a special occasion that had a colour theme, I ended up getting a LILAC bouquet with lots of green…I called and ask why this was the case, the lady told me the hydrangeas are really fresh that’s why they are green but will turn pink overtime, and the rest they just used what fresh flowers they had available at the time. Why have options for different colours on your website if you cannot provide the one the customer wants?
As for the hydrangeas, no they did not turn pink even after a week, while the rest of the flowers died and had to be chucked out. I ended up buying another bouquet from my local supermarket because this one couldn’t be used for the event.

Lady on the phone when ordering the flowers was nice… but what was delivered was the poorest looking flowers I’ve ever seen. Half of them were dead or wilting and delivered in what looked like a paper cup with the plastic bag over them. I paid $150 including delivery… so probably about $130 total for the bunch from Parnell FAH for my mother. I actually could not believe the state the flowers were delivered in. Some of the stems were snapped. And while this may have happened during the delivery, this does not account for the wilted snap dragons and greenery. The bunch was made up only 1-2 hours before they were delivered and arrived in this state. When I sent an email to complain I was offered only $60 credits off my next bunch. The bunch I paid for $130! Apparently there were some expensive flowers in the bunch that looked ok… however, I did not ask for half a bunch of expensive flowers and half a bunch of dead/broken flowers. I asked for $60 to be refunded to my account not as store credit as I will not be ordering from here again.

We walked in on 24 Nov 2024 and placed an order for 10 Dec 2024.
We told the lady our colour preference, budget and pointed out a style of the bouquet I wanted.
We paid in advance and when we went to pick up on the 10th, the same lady was there and said there was no order for today. She looked through her orders and found that she put the wrong date—24 Dec.
I don’t know if this was an issue with the language barrier but she never gave us an order confirmation so the only receipt that we had was the payment through New World.
She quickly made the bouquet but it was not in the style we had pointed out when we first ordered.
If you decide that u want to order a bouquet from here, make sure you get a written note and confirm all the details.

For the busiest day of the year and a storefront that looked like a war zone, solid effort. I know it’s Mother’s Day, but I did specially email (was ignored) AND call beforehand to make sure they knew for sure I needed it before 9:30am (with a 10 minute buffer). Arrived at 9:40am and they had not even started on the order… so we had already paid and just waited until it was done. Flowers made, we are definitely late now but at least they look pretty good.

Everyone appreciates that a day like Mother’s Day would be one of the busiest days of the year, however it is not a customer’s responsibility to manage this. If you have taken on too much work that you cannot even provide the product at all, and cannot return emails, this is a business problem.
