I recently purchased an engagement ring from Naveya & Sloane and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. As someone with minimal knowledge about rings, I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the process was. Lucy was incredible to work with - she guided me through everything with genuine care and expertise. The craftsmanship and design of the ring are absolutely stunning, and my fiancée is over the moon with it. When I planned my two-week vacation to New Zealand, I reached out to Naveya and Sloane to see if they could help me create the perfect bespoke engagement ring. From the moment I began the process with Amber I knew I was in good hands. She helped me figure out every detail and listened to every idea I had. Nina created the concept sketches and ultimately the final iteration of the most beautiful and unique design for my fiancé. I cannot thank them and the rest of the team at N&S enough for crafting this perfect ring. They made it such a streamlined, easy, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Naveya & Sloane have delivered a truly beautiful engagement ring! The craftsmanship is evident in every detail and the ring has the most amazing sparkle. A high quality piece that we’re thrilled with!
Special mention to Amber who is warm, friendly and super knowledgeable about the whole process. What was a daunting task for a couple who know nothing about rings quickly became an easy and relaxed process.
Overall, a fantastic experience and a ring we’ll treasure. Highly recommend.
