I always came here to purchase stunning diamond and Tahiti pearl jewellery from Walker & Hall Queen Street. The diamond is exceptionally well-cut with excellent brilliance and fire, and the colour grade is nearly flawless. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly and helped me select the perfect one within my budget. The setting is beautifully designed and the overall quality of the jewellery is top-notch. I highly recommend Walker & Hall Queen Street shop for anyone looking for a high-quality diamond at a fair price.

The staffs really welcoming upon we visited and always clean up our jewelry for free. Last month we bought a nice ring and a tennis bracelet. There were amazing! Our favorit store ever.

I was here on a Sunday and the service by Jack and Panisa was excellent. They were super friendly and quick to help. (I needed my watch adjusted) I can absolutely recommend their service and will come back here if I need any jewellery related help or info.

I visited Walker and Hall Queen Street to purchase a gift for my manager, and the service was so refreshing. Juliet helped me pick out the prettiest necklace and wrapped it very beautifully in the box. All the staff including the security were very welcoming, and had smiles on their faces. I would definitely go back!

I’ve had the ring for over a year and should’ve posted the review way before. I had a bit of a rocky start with another branch, but when I went to the Queen St store, the experience was completely different—absolutely outstanding! Naveen and Tania went above and beyond to resolve my issue with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Their customer service was exceptional, and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a fantastic experience. Both me and my partner are beyond happy with the ring and incredibly grateful for their help. Highly recommend the Queen St branch for their top-notch service!

I was lucky enough to wander into Walker & Hall’s new Queen St location during my recent trip to Auckland. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gabriel offered to clean my jewelry as a complimentary service and was very helpful and knowledgeable, immediately noticing my love for vintage pieces. I ended up buying a vintage blister pearl pendant that I would have missed out on if it had not been for Gabriel’s keen eye and suggestion. Highly recommend a trip there, the selection is quite wide in both style and price points.
