Very happy with my skin cancer check/mole map with Dr. Aitchison. She was very polite, professional and informative. Made the whole procedure easy and comfortable. Clinic staff in general are very polite and professional and the clinic itself is to a high standard. Will be coming back here for my dermatology needs and I highly recommend them. Many thanks.

Staff are lovely, Doctor Sue was excellent. The only problem I have is that the receptionist promised to sort out my surgery date that has been tentatively booked for the 3rd of March. Said I would get a call by close of day yesterday to confirm I am still waiting. I think she was trying to match up a nurse with the Dr at the time she booked me. Tried calling this morning had to leave a message. Regards

I was nervous being referred here based on the reviews but found them completely unfounded. Sure there was a wait for an appointment but it wasn't unreasonable and it's not like they're standing around waiting for work. The Dr was very pleasant and efficient, and the nurses were all exceptional with their level of care.

Not sure is their staff has angry issue or a racist. I walked in to their clinic during their opening hour, door was locked. So I quietly waiting at the door. A very rude and angry woman (medium blond hair, long face) at the reception unlocked the door and blocking the entrance, told me she’s not expecting anyone to come in in a very angry voice and manner. Worst experience ever. People who doesn’t want to be treated like a rubbish, just don’t go there.
